Bolton Wanderers In The Community’s Golf Day Fundraiser 2022 SPONSORED by Harrisons

The Bolton Wanderers in the Community Golf Day, sponsored by Harrisons Estate Agents, returned on Friday 12th August 2022

Hosted by BWitC trustee and club legend John McGinlay, the aim of the event was to raise funds to support the charity’s vital work in Bolton and the surrounding areas.

Phil Mason, Chief Executive Officer of BWitC, said: “Our annual Golf Day is a great way to start off the new season. It’s an opportunity to support the work that we undertake in the town, all whilst playing 18 holes of golf. It’s also a chance to network and win some fantastic prizes.

“We really appreciate the support of all at Mitchell and Brown, along with John McGinlay in putting the day together. It would be great to see you there.

“I would also like to extend my thanks to Harrison’s Estate Agents who are sponsoring the day. The support of local businesses is absolutely vital to the success of our work.”

Neil Hart, Chief Executive Officer of Bolton Wanderers said: “The work of Bolton Wanderers in the Community is so important in our town and the upcoming Golf Day is set to be a fantastic and enjoyable way to raise vital funds to support their work. We hope plenty of local businesses can join us.”

Harrisons Estate Agents on sponsoring the event said "Harrisons Estate Agents are delighted to have the opportunity to be the main sponsor for Bolton Wanderers in the Community annual golf day. Clint, our director, is an avid golfer himself and Harrisons are also a sponsor of Bolton Golf Club.

“In 1996 Clint completed his work experience with Bolton Wanderers in the Community, where he spent two wonderful weeks learning how BWFC support local people through football. So, what better way to give something back to BWFC for what’s going to be a great day at Bolton Golf Club!"
