A few words from our very own Dancing Queen Claire:

"April 2018 on a night out I dared, then double dared Greg Gardener Boyes (Partner at KBL Solicitors) to be my dance partner in this event!

Challenge accepted, he has been the most amazing dance partner. The wonderful thing about dancing … is the friendships you can make!

Thank you Greg!

Overwhelmed and grateful to those who have donated, I thank my friends, work colleagues at Harrison's Estate Agents and family, especially my Mum ‘Linda’ who have sat through endless videos of the dance routine, always giving kind words of encouragement and support.

My choice to support this amazing hospice is in memory of Patricia ‘Tatty’ Doyle, a lady who was a very important person in Laura, my daughter in laws life. She bravely battled cancer and her last days were spent in the hands of Bolton Hospice with her loved ones by her side.

They saw at first hand the care and compassion the Hospice provide.

The hospice cannot give extra days to a life, but they do give quality and dignity to the last days of a life.

I cannot express how delighted I am to have been part of such an amazing experience and for a wonderful charity such as Bolton Hospice.

Fabulous memories I will cherish forever."

Selling for the first time can feel overwhelming. Everyone has advice, most of it conflicting. Here are the key questions to ask every estate agent, plus the step-by-step process you’ll go through to launch your home the right way.

Choosing a new home isn’t just about the property itself – the neighbourhood plays a huge role in your quality of life. From schools and transport links to local shops and community spirit, here’s what to look out for when deciding if an area is right for you.
