Sales Team Negotiator


Key Responsibilities


Client Support & Sales
• Assist clients in buying and selling residential properties.
• Guide sellers and buyers through the entire property transaction process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential buyers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Market Analysis & Appraisals
• Carry out market appraisals and property valuations when required.
• Perform comparative market analysis to determine property values.
• Provide clients with accurate pricing and market insights.

Negotiation & Legal Compliance
• Negotiate property transactions to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Ensure all property transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Administration & Organisation
• Manage property listings and marketing materials.
• Handle paperwork efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Organise and prioritise workload to manage multiple clients and properties effectively.

Key Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, within estate agency.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Negotiation: Ability to confidently negotiate deals and achieve successful outcomes.
• Organisation: Ability to manage multiple transactions, schedules, and client expectations.
• Administrative Skills: Attention to detail in handling contracts and legal documents.
• Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence is required.
• Work Authorisation: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Job Details
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: £VERY GOOD depending upon experience (plus commission)
• Additional Pay: Commission-based earnings
