RECENT EXAMPLE

Mr & Mrs Hutch (London), approached Harrisons in 2016 with a budget of £200,000 to invest in property, they are a retired couple with captial sitting in the bank gaining very little return.

They decided to invest in property and contacted Clint at Harrisons directly via our website.

Their goal was to buy two properties in the North West, and were looking for PASSIVE income of approximatley £1,000 per month to top up their pensions.
So Clint and the team set out to look for the best possible investment that would be safe and secure and return the £1,000 per month to Mr & Mrs Hutch. We quickly located two perfect properties both in the region of £85,000. We negotiated the offers, and agreed the sales with a matter of weeks.

We then set out to arrange with our maintenance team to freshen up the properties where necessary ready to bring the properties to the rental market. Once the sales completed the same day our maintenance team started the refurbishement programmes.

Harrisons also started to market the properties as “available to let”. As the maintenance guys carried out their works, so did Harrisons booking double figure block booking viewings for the day the works completed.

The end result was, both properties tenanted within weeks of sale completion along with soft refurbishments carried out.

Currently both properties are tenanted achieving over £1,000 per month combined, fully managed by Harrisons Lettings & Management Ltd, and our lovely clients are very happy to say the least.

UPDATE since 2016 - Mr & Mrs Hutch have been a client of Clints for over 5 years now, with a estimated gross income of £60,000, and a captial increase combined of over £70,000!!!
