🎤 What we are looking for……
 
Lettings Portfolio Manager 🏡
 
The role will include, but is not limited too –
 
· Dealing with enquires from online portals and incoming phone calls
 
· Updating landlords with feedback
 
· Inspections
 
· Inventories
 
· Viewings when needed
 
· Coordinating move ins
 
· General office admin
 
Who are we looking for? Our ideal candidate would have the following skills –
 
· Experience is not needed but preferred, as full training will be provided
 
· Driven and wanting to exceed expectations
 
· Excellent communication and customer skills
 
· Confident and outgoing
 
· Team player but also confident to work on their own
 
· Positive, can-do attitude
 
Salary & Working Hours 💰⏰
 
Immediate Start
 
££ Salary - depending on experience
 
Realistic commission structure!
 
Monday to Friday 9-5PM
Saturdays are 1 in 10 – 9-1PM time taken back the following week
 
28 days holiday including bank holidays
 
Requirements
 
Full UK driving licence
 
Own car
 
😍 2 years previous experience in lettings essential! 😍
