🎀 What we are looking for……
 
Lettings Portfolio Manager 🏑
 
The role will include, but is not limited too –
 
Β· Dealing with enquires from online portals and incoming phone calls
 
Β· Updating landlords with feedback
 
Β· Inspections
 
Β· Inventories
 
Β· Viewings when needed
 
Β· Coordinating move ins
 
Β· General office admin
 
Who are we looking for? Our ideal candidate would have the following skills –
 
Β· Experience is not needed but preferred, as full training will be provided
 
Β· Driven and wanting to exceed expectations
 
Β· Excellent communication and customer skills
 
Β· Confident and outgoing
 
Β· Team player but also confident to work on their own
 
Β· Positive, can-do attitude
 
Salary & Working Hours πŸ’°β°
 
Immediate Start
 
££ Salary - depending on experience
 
Realistic commission structure!
 
Monday to Friday 9-5PM
Saturdays are 1 in 10 – 9-1PM time taken back the following week
 
28 days holiday including bank holidays
 
Requirements
 
Full UK driving licence
 
Own car
 
😍 2 years previous experience in lettings essential! 😍
 
Job Type: Full-time
